Mandatory disclosure of residential energy efficiency rating |
Home owners
may soon have to reveal the energy efficiency of their
homes when they put them up for sale or lease, potentially affecting
the value of millions of homes.

with disclosure of energy efficiency by May 2011.
It is expected that from this date, assessments may no longer be free
